My family enjoyed our time at the resort, especially appreciating the beautiful beaches just a few steps away and the convenience of being only a 15-minute boat ride from the airport, which made our travels so much smoother and hassle-free. we loved being able to snorkel right off the beach, discovering vibrant marine life without needing to go far, making every day an adventure.

Our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues. We faced room changes that were not communicated properly, which significantly affected our experience. The staff seemed indifferent unless we were spending money, making us feel unimportant. We also had to wait excessively for our boat transfers, while they prioritized employee pickups. Overall, it felt like we were an inconvenience during our stay rather than valued guests.

The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, especially the fresh fruits and lactose-free options, which I appreciated. The stunning house reef was perfect for snorkeling, bringing us up close to beautiful coral and marine life.

Check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.
